Cancellation Policy
In the event that you are unable to attend your registered workshop, you may switch to the alternative workshop (places permitting) or send a substitute attendee. Substitute attendees must attend both days.
Should you wish to cancel your registration we will refund 50% of your registration fee provided that we receive the cancellation in writing more than 21 days prior to the workshop. Cancellations received in writing less that 21 days prior to the workshop will result in no refund.
In the event that the workshop is fully subscribed and Kenmore-DMP is able to fill your position from a waiting list, a 100% refund less $50 processing fee will be given.
