Kenmore-DMP was engaged by Hobsons Bay City Council in late 2003 to assist with the implementation of a new waste service for residents. The solution included four components: service choice, service order and database management, service delivery and community education and publicity. The campaign achieved a response rate of 76%, and a green waste take-up of 67%. Part of the project brief was to develop a visual concept and style for all communication pieces.
